- Scarves may be returned or replaced within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- To process a return or exchange, you must present the original invoice.
- The item must be in its original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Hijab Accessories
- We regret to inform you that, for hygienic reasons, hijab accessories and supplements cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Sale Items
- During sale periods, we offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase.
- Please note that refunds are not available for sale items.
